Canadian REIT Income Fund Approves Merger

Internacional (Marketwired, 02 de Agosto de 2013) Canadian REIT Income Fund (TSX:RIU.UN) (the "Fund") announces that its unitholders have approved the merger of the Fund with First Asset REIT Income Fund.The Fund's manager, First Asset Investment Management Inc., expects that the merger will be implemented on or about October 1, 2013. In connection with the merger, unitholders of the Fund will receive, on a tax-deferred basis, Class A units (Initial Sales Charge) of First Asset REIT Income Fund.
